Our Knowledge Management department has the opportunity for an experienced Knowledge Management Paralegal to join the Firm’s expanding practice. The Knowledge Management (“KM”) Paralegal will be part of the Knowledge Management (KM) department and will report directly to the Senior Manager of KM Counsel. The KM Paralegal will use his or her paralegal expertise, preferably with prior work history in a labor and employment practice, to field attorney requests for internal knowledge management content, including identifying and locating prior firm work product, firm presentations, and firm subject matter experts. This will aid lawyers to work more efficiently, and ensure quality and consistent work product. The KM Paralegal will also help with curating content on the firm’s KM Legal Resource Center and with recording and reporting on data on attorney requests.
Respond to attorney requests for assistance by finding prior firm work product and firm subject matter experts.
Use of internal firm resources including enterprise search, the KM Legal Resource Center, ODConnect (the firm’s intranet), and the firm’s iManage document management system (DMS).
Coordinate with other firm departments and KM teams as necessary, including Research Services, KM Solutions, and Client Services.
Track and report on trends in attorney requests and attorney usage of KM tools and resources.
Help train attorneys and paralegals on firm KM tools and resources.
Assist with ongoing KM departmental projects, including project management and help with periodic updates of KM resources.
Respond to attorney inquiries with professionalism, confidence, analysis, and tact commensurate with that of a mid- to senior-level paralegal.

Enter timekeeping data into Firm system in a timely manner.
3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice
Paralegal certification / degree from accredited college or university.

Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.
Dependability – Follows instructions, responds to management direction. Willing to commit to additional hours when necessary to reach Firm objectives.

Knowledge - In-depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles, particularly those pertaining to labor and employment practice.
