For these positions, past experience and interest in land use, planning, zoning and development regulation; affordable housing; real estate; business law, purchasing and contracting; civil rights and equal protection law; or technology and communications law may be helpful. Public sector experience is a plus. These attorneys will also represent and advise City management and staff in other areas as needed, which may include Environmental Services and Regulatory Compliance and Governmental Affairs, or other legal matters.
