Established, multi-practice law firm seeking experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) immigration attorney, whose duties will include the following: prepare and attend USCIS interviews, represent clients in court with detainment, parole, bond, and asylum matters; prepare and file immigration petitions.
We are looking for a candidate with the below qualifications and attributes:
Two years of experience in Immigration Law (family and removal), preferably including experience with asylum, U visas, VAWA, I-601A waivers, DACA, adjustment of status, eligibility under § 245(i), Consular/NVC Process;
You are excited to help immigrants remain in the country;
You go above and beyond to present the best possible work product;
You like working in a close-knit environment with like-minded individuals who are professional but still collegial;
Ability to work some weekends and travel as needed; and
You speak Spanish! (mandatory)
