The fund has an exciting new position as Legal Associate ,handling all issues related to its high-end resort developments along with other potential investments in the pipeline. If you are a Mexican-trained attorney with hands-on experience in real estate and corporate law, this opportunity is for you. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help to manage all legal issues related to the projects, including contracts, property management, development, finance, acquisitions and dispositions
Coordinate with the various Company business units-including tax, construction, sales & marketing and development-to achieve the Company's business plan
Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and other real estate and corporate transaction documents
Support the Legal Director to establish legal compliance for the Company within Mexico, including preparing and circulating all required reporting
Help to manage external counsel and other third-party advisors
YOUR PROFILE:
Mexican-trained real estate and corporate lawyer with strong business acumen
Top academics and law firm training is required
Experience in real estate and corporate law
Ability to work with limited supervision, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
