McGrath North, a growing Omaha-based law firm, is seeking a lateral attorney to join its growing and nationally-recognized tax and estate planning practice. Relevant legal experience should include assisting clients with federal and state tax planning and advocacy (with an emphasis on business transactions), estate planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, estate and trust administration, and related work. A successful candidate works well individually and as part of a team and should expect and be comfortable with direct client interaction and advice. Applicants should have no less than two years of relevant experience.
