Perkins Coie LLP has an immediate opening for an Experience Specialist. The Experience Specialist leads the firm’s experience management program. This position oversees the collection and management of experience records through close collaboration with the firm’s staff, attorneys and vendors. Provide strategic advice on leveraging the system to address challenges faced by groups and departments across the firm. Work with the Marketing, Knowledge Management, IT and other departments to execute communication, training, updates and maintenance.

Essential Duties:
Help develop and execute the experience management strategy to address current needs, as well as to anticipate future growth and opportunities
Engage with firm leaders to develop strategies for leveraging the experience management system to support business development, knowledge management and client service goals
Support the day-to-day operations of the experience management system
Ensure the integrity of the data maintained within the experience management system
Configure fields, data standards, workflows, and reports within the experience management system
Conduct end-user training and provide support for "how to" questions and technical issues
Manage relationships with vendors and outside service providers related to the experience management system to ensure a consistent, high level of service and performance
Actively participate in the implementation and deployment project
Preferred Skills: Experience managing technology-related projects. Experience with marketing technology, knowledge management or related function in a law firm or professional services firm. Experience working with Foundation software is a plus.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university. A minimum of four years’ experience working in legal environment. Experience managing information systems. Demonstrated knowledge of an array of legal practices including transactional, litigation and regulatory areas. Demonstrated ability to manage complex multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities. Effective written and oral communication skills. Experience documenting and communicating processes and workflows.
