Applicants should have critical thinking skills, the aptitude to translate business needs into technical solutions, and analyze all of the current electronic resources to make sound recommendations for efficient solutions. Strong business and work ethic required. A minimum of 3 years of Workday business process and configuration responsibility with demonstrated integration knowledge and strong custom reporting experience preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Knowledge of other reporting tools, such as SQL Reporting Services and/or PowerBi dashboard reporting and analytics tool a plus. A strong level of proficiency with Excel and a working knowledge of human resources processes and HRIS applications is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
