- 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: - Recruiting new attorney/title agents (“agents”) and developing lists of potential agents by performing market research.
- Determining the appropriate service levels for each agent in south Florida and provide service according to those levels.
- Following up on sales leads and sales visits.
- Working with current agents to increase their level of policy submissions to CATIC.
- Evaluating and responding to agent business needs.
- Providing new agent/agent staff orientation and training in the company’s procedures, proprietary software system and some third party software systems as well as general closing matters.
- Preparing daily reports in customer relationship management software system.
- Planning, attending and hosting corporate social/educational functions and industry events.
- Maintain understanding of current local and national industry trends and technical developments.
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning and meet established sales and revenue goals.
- Potentially offer light/backup underwriting support to the Company agents, depending on candidate’s education and licensing.
- Compliance and adherence at all times with the organization’s Code of Ethics and Conduct as well as all of our company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor degree in business, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with real estate attorneys, paralegals and title insurance agents, or equivalent knowledge.
- Title industry sales experience, knowledge of current TRID rules, CFPB compliance and ALTA Best Practices are a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
