The Lateral Recruitment Coordinator will assist in coordinating all phases of lateral partner recruiting for the New York, Washington, DC and Charlotte offices. This person will work with the Managing Partner and Manager of Lateral Recruitment to achieve the firm’s strategic goals with respect to lateral partner hiring.
working directly with lead partners throughout each candidate’s recruitment process
building relationships with headhunters, communicating with headhunters regarding firm needs and individual candidates
scheduling [virtual and in-person] candidate meetings and greeting candidates
assisting with new partner onboarding and orientation
conducting research and assisting with data collection
daily maintenance of applicant tracking database
handling new tasks as they arise.
1 + years experience working in a professional office environment
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Must be able to build strong relationships internally and externally
Excellent computer skills
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
