Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with almost 4,000 lawyers and staff in 31 offices is seeking a Lateral Attorney Recruiting Assistant, reporting to the Senior Managers of Attorney Recruiting. This position can reside in any of the following Morgan Lewis offices: Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Washington DC. The Lateral Attorney Recruiting Assistant will assist with all aspects of firmwide lateral associate recruiting and support the recruiting team in administrative recruiting tasks.
Provides support in all administrative tasks related to lateral associate recruitment.
Assists in the initiation of a search, including posting jobs externally.
Acts as internal headhunter for all lateral associate openings.
Utilizes LinkedIn Recruiter and Leopard Solutions to source and target top tier candidates while also creating lateral candidate pipeline.
Track and provide all statistical data and reports.
Process expense reimbursements and invoices.
Works with Senior Managers and Lateral Recruiting Coordinators to implement creative strategies and processes for sourcing and hiring associate candidates, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technology.
Assist local attorney recruiting teams with interview scheduling, the summer associate program, and law student recruitment activities.
Assists Senior Managers with various recruiting projects on firmwide recruiting initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
This job requires:
A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, and;
A minimum 1 year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic knowledge of the following systems: LawCruit, ViDesktop, Workday, iManage, MS-Office.
