Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has two exciting full-time employment opportunity for Talent Acquisition Assistants to join our Recruiting department in either our Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, or Tallahassee, Florida offices. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
The Talent Acquisition Assistant plays a key role by assisting the Greenberg Traurig Talent Acquisition team to carry out activities related to the recruiting and hiring of attorneys (summer associates, lateral, and alternative track career attorneys). Assists with other recruitment initiatives as needed. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed, especially during peak student recruiting periods.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assists the Talent Acquisition team, office Managing Shareholders, and Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) with the recruitment process for summer associates, lateral associates, lateral shareholders, and alternative track attorneys
Coordinates interview schedules and gathers feedback on prospective candidates
Tracks candidates in the applicant tracking system and generates reports when necessary
Manages and updates applicant databases with relevant information and prepares offer letters
Interfaces effectively with candidates and legal search firms, provides candidate correspondence, and submits background checks requests
Generates search firm fee agreements, as necessary
Serves as the focal point for the on-campus recruiting process by preparing materials, scheduling callback interviews, following-up with attorneys, and coordinating appropriate communication to candidates
Oversees the day-to-day functions of the Summer Associate program for various offices, including coordinating training, sourcing work assignments, compiling evaluations, planning social events, and other duties associated with the summer program
Performs additional recruiting and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
1 to 2 years administrative experience with recruiting experience in a mid to large size professional organization preferred, law firm experience a plus
Proficient with software including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Jobvite (Applicant Tracking System) a plus
