We have an opening for a Vice President of Client Administration in our Lynchburg office. This is an established, growing office with significant existing client relationships. Will coordinate and oversee the overall office and staff management functions for consistency of the corporate approach. Will manage and supervise the administration of assigned accounts, including those with important and challenging customer relations. Will also manage complex trust accounts, IRA entities, investment accounts, and estates. Will work closely with clients, guardians, attorneys, realtors, and agents; make court appearances at audits or other proceedings; manage estate settlements, including working with beneficiaries to manage and distribute assets. Will be expected to develop new business.
