Wiggin and Dana LLP seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development for its New Haven office. The Manager is responsible for various aspects of lawyer and law student recruiting including summer associates, first years, lateral associates and partner hires. Prior experience in law firm recruiting with an emphasis on partner recruiting and candidate sourcing is preferred. The Manager will work in coordination with the Chief Talent Officer and the Department Chairs. The Manager will also assist with a variety of lawyer training and development initiatives. Successful candidates will be able to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism; have strong prioritization and organizational skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Applicants must have a four year college degree. Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite required. Please include a cover letter with your resume.
