Provide creative and innovative technical support to the Career Strategy Center’s activities, including web design, database management, communication administration and cloud-based solutions.
Create and update complex spreadsheets.
Lead and implement basic data analysis and modeling.
As part of a small team, design, revise and support the Career Strategy Center’s recruiting programs, outreach strategies and internal trainings.
Assist other Career Strategy Center team members with software and basic hardware issues. workshops.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training from which comparable skills can be acquired.
One to two years’ experience working in a high-level administrative capacity or in a technical/information systems role.
Excellent computer skills, including database, web, email, and cloud-based platform skills as well as high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and Intermediate to ExpertExcel skills.
Strong attention for detail and excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Proven record of responsibility with regard to data privacy and security
Minimum of three years’ work experience in an administrative capacity or in a technical/information systems role.
Prior experience in an academic setting and/or customer service setting
Proven record of successful collaborative, team-based projects
Interest in continued learning and knowledge acquisition, particularly with regard to industry trends in legal hiring, technology, and communications.
Data analysis and data visualization skills
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
