About Law Offices of Trudi J Lesser
The Law Offices of Trudi J. Lesser is a small but rapidly-growing practice located in El Segundo. We specialize in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, and we interact with all types of businesses and professionals. My background is similar to yours: I earned my commercial real estate expertise through years of practice at several top-ranked law firms, including Jeffer Mangels, Allen Matkins, and Hunton Andrews Kurth.
In 2009, I founded the firm to offer clients the expertise of a large firm background at reasonable rates, controlled and selective growth in clients and transactions that are right for the practice, and a supportive environment where young professionals can develop their skills and reach their best potential. For example, our recent paralegal is now a second year law student at Harvard (and a law clerk for us until the fall semester begins in August). In addition, our first office manager and legal assistant is now senior asset manager for a real estate management company (and a client of the firm).
Since its founding, the firm has developed a robust practice with a diverse range of clients from family-owned real estate portfolios, individuall...y-owned businesses to national corporate clients. Our practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions: purchase and sale, finance and leasing, and corporate formation and management to support the clients’ business ventures.
