King & Spalding, a leading global law firm, seeks a Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator to join the firm in our Atlanta, Washington, D.C., or New York office. The Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator is part of the Lawyer Talent Development team, which focuses on recruiting, professional development, training, diversity and inclusion and more.

Candidates will have the following responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with team members from Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, the General Counsel’s Office and others to source, analyze and produce data and narrative responses for client-initiated surveys, RFPs, industry surveys and general data requests (100+ per year).
Support data needs related to ad-hoc diversity client requests, departmental communications, and special projects for the Diversity Partner and Lawyer Talent Development team.
Lead special research projects and market research.
Provide support for the development and analysis of internal surveys and feedback requests for the Lawyer Talent Development team.
Assists with diversity-related communications and reports. Examples include a diversity annual report or intranet/internet updates.
Participate in Affinity Group Leaders and Diversity Committee meetings and prepare agendas and summaries for circulation; prepare meeting correspondence and any related reports.
Assist with executing Diversity Retreat, including logistical and event needs.
Assist with the planning and implementation of heritage month events across U.S. offices.
Track upcoming Diversity events and firm participation, including attendees, sponsorship payments, ads, etc.
Assist with Diversity related expense submissions and budget tracking.

Ideal candidates will have a broad understanding of HR and Finance computer systems.
A Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of two years’ experience in data analysis, lawyer talent development, human resources and/or a diversity-related position is required. Large law firm experience is highly desired.
