Verrill seeks to hire an associate attorney to join our Boston or Portland office as a member of our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group. Verrill’s nine-member Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group advises a wide variety of large and mid-size employers in health care, higher education, financial services, manufacturing, energy, and other industries in all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation.
A well-qualified candidate will have excellent academic credentials; superb research and writing skills; superior verbal and interpersonal communication skills; rigorous attention to detail; a strong work ethic; and a desire to provide the highest level of client service. The ideal candidate will also have at least one year of solid experience in employee benefits and executive compensation legal work, including direct engagement with clients, consulting firms, and governmental enforcement agencies.
