Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for a Litigation Docketing Manager to work with our Compliance Support team in our Minneapolis, Philadelphia or downtown Indianapolis office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to developing, maintaining and implementing processes and procedures in support of firmwide litigation docketing goals, industry best practices and compliance with the rules of professional responsibility. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients.
What you would do in this job:
• Plan and execute firm litigation docketing strategy, including unifying disparate software and processes. • Organize and lead people and resources to ensure the success of the department. • Develop policies, procedures and best practices to ensure efficiency and quality. • Collaborate and communicate with various groups of firm leadership, attorneys and support staff. • Design metrics to track trends in usage and compliance with firm obligations. • Work with the Talent department on recruiting, hiring, coaching, providing feedback and conducting annual performance evaluations. • Develop and manage the department budget and content on the firm’s intranet. • Assist the Director of Compliance Support with processes and implementation for other compliance functions. • Special projects and duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or other advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of litigation docketing experience at a law firm. • 5+ years of management experience. • Prior experience working within an industry standard docketing software. • Experience implementing firmwide processes or software preferred.
