This is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed attorney who wants to develop a career in business immigration. Grzeca Law Group seeks an attorney to serve on our corporate practice team based in our Milwaukee, WI office. This position is primarily responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the preparation of various employment-based immigration petitions, including leading strategy development discussions, client communication, support staff management and timely and accurate document production to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
Preferred experience: 2+ years of current or recent experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.). Qualified candidates must
possess a J.D. and be licensed or eligible to become licensed in any U.S. State. Must have a commitment to hard work as well as excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills.
