Overview: The Associate Commercial Contracting Counsel will report directly to a Commercial Contracting Counsel and be an integral member of Adaptive’s Commercial Contracting Team to support transactions across the company’s diagnostics, therapeutics and research business. The Associate Commercial Counsel works in conjunction with other attorneys to handle contracting tasks including negotiation and drafting of agreements. This role will handle all company contract types with an international and corporate transactions emphasis. The successful candidate for this position will preferably have experience with a variety of transactions, including technology transfers, sales of laboratory services, sales of healthcare products, and vendor agreements.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications including base, bonus, and equity components. Excellent benefits package including employer paid medical, dental, vision, vacations and holidays.
Experience: At least 4+ years prior in-house or law firm experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, preferably for healthcare industry clients (bio/ pharma/ research).
Relos: Seattle, South San Francisco, or Manhattan area local candidates preferred, but remote work from other locations will be considered.
Bar: Admission to practice law of a State Bar and/or ability to become licensed in Washington State.
