Clyde & Co has an immediate opening for a Resourcing & Recruitment Manager to support our hiring in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will possess an enthusiasm for recruiting, have strong communication skills and experience managing a team. This position can be located in Los Angeles or Chicago.
The Resourcing & Recruitment Manager for North America will manage the non-partner attorney and business services recruiting processes for the US and Canada.
Manage and mentor recruitment advisors and coordinator, providing direction and guidance to promote high standards of service delivery.
Work with the leadership team to further develop strategies to grow the candidate pipeline.
Collaborate in the development and implementation of diversity initiatives.
Manage day-to-day implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
Produce reports to inform the Senior Resourcing & Recruitment Manager and leadership team informed on progress against hiring goals, pipeline status, DEI initiatives and other metrics.
US Summer Associate Program
Collaborate in development of a national summer associate program, managing execution of on-campus recruitment, call back through offer process, branding, and student outreach activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with careers services offices at law schools.
Maintain an understanding of the Firm's and individual lawyers' practices.
Develop market profiles and stay informed of market trends.
Execute projects as need to assist the Senior Manager of Resourcing & Recruitment.
Handle active recruitment as needed.
Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience recruiting experience in a multi-office law firm.
Ability to effectively prioritize department work requirements and delegate effectively.
Ability to exercise discretion, good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of recruiting software an applicant tracking systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
