*The level of this position will be determined based upon the successful candidate’s experience as well as the overall needs of the firm. Reporting directly to the Director of Legal Talent and DEI, the Legal Recruitment and Professional Development Manager/Coordinator is primarily responsible for the administrative oversight of the firm’s law school recruiting process and the summer associate program.  The incumbent also executes various tasks related to attorney professional development, particularly in coordinating CLE programs, ensuring attorney compliance with Delaware’s CLE requirements, and arranging for the execution of other training programs, as needed.
