MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: HEALTH CARE & LIFE SCIENCES PRACTICE Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care and Life Sciences practice.  The office location is flexible, and we will consider candidates to be affiliated with any of the Firm’s existing offices, but Boston is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and possess expertise in those aspects of health regulatory law applicable to the health care and life sciences industries including FDA regulatory matters, clinical research, and fraud and abuse.  Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements is preferred, but not required.
