MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: HEALTH CARE & LIFE SCIENCES PRACTICE (Ohio)

The law firm of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice in the firm’s Columbus or Cincinnati offices.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant health care regulatory and compliance experience with a working knowledge of the federal fraud and abuse laws, such as anti-kickback and physician self-referral claims, and current knowledge of the regulatory framework.  Successful candidates should be able to apply their working fraud and abuse knowledge to arrangements involving a variety of health care providers and contractual matters, including professional services, recruitment and employment agreements; and should also be able to navigate state kickback and self-referral prohibition laws. Additional experience preferred advising clients on regulatory matters related to the corporate practice of medicine, scope of practice, professional licensure, state telehealth laws, regulations, and policies, and data privacy and security requirements.

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills.  Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in Ohio is mandatory.
