Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to work with its Real Estate practice group in the Washington, DC office location. We are looking to add a team member with real estate finance and capital markets experience.
We cultivate exceptional attorneys across all levels by providing them with the tools and experiences needed to build successful careers! The associate will join an impressive practice that provides advice across various matters including lending, CMBS master and special servicing requests, negotiated servicing agreement transactions, and the acquisition of servicing rights in public and private securitizations. The associate will have extensive interaction with a variety of clients including real estate investors, lenders, commercial banks, servicers, and developers on various finance, structured finance, development, purchase, and sale matters.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
Three to five years of law firm experience.
Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of real estate finance and capital markets matters.
Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities.
Confidence, self-motivation, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility for matters in an active practice!
