Our Global Finance Practice Group is seeking to hire a finance associate to join any of our U.S. offices, or remote.
Our Global Finance group is distinguished by its broad range of capabilities, solid understanding of our clients’ objectives and practical approach to issues as they arise. We advise clients on all types of leveraged financings, from lower middle-market to multi-billion dollar facilities. We represent commercial and investment banks, institutional lenders, private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, mutual funds, hedge funds and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, subscription facilities and many other specialized credit arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have approximately one to four years' experience in a dedicated finance practice group at an AmLaw 100 firm representing domestic and international banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of leveraged transactions and/or large or middle market companies or funds in their financing needs. Strong financial, analytical, drafting and negotiation skills and an ability to work independently, with direct client contact, is important.
