Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 7 years of employment litigation experience specifically in California. This position is a full-time, work-from-home position that will be handling EPLI cases exclusively. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and their experience should include significant litigation experience. This position is not one in which the candidate will be considered for shareholder. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in CA.
