Supporting the development and execution of the firmwide diversity and inclusion strategy.
Contributing to and assisting with the creation of diversity and inclusion organizational change.
Collaborating across legal divisions and other departments to develop initiatives that support the overall diversity and inclusion strategy.
Managing diversity and inclusion programs, including ideation, initiation and creation of materials, coordination of program roll out and communication, CLE, and reporting on program effectiveness and outcomes.
Maintaining data and preparing periodic reports for the CDIO and senior management regarding metrics.
Managing all diversity related reporting, including client and third-party surveys.
Supporting the development and maintaining relationships with key external strategic organizations.
Serving as firm representative of diversity and inclusion at law schools, conferences, etc.
Creating diversity and development content for use on the Firm's website and partnering with the marketing team to ensure D&I initiatives are reflective in all external communications.

A Bachelor's degree in related field or education/experience equivalent required. Juris Doctorate is a plus.
A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a professional services firm.
Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, including best practices.
Strong focus on client service and responsiveness. Ability to work in a consultative manner.
Ability to deliver high quality presentations; lead and facilitate meetings.
A high level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of responsibilities.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate with other team members. Requires demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team and ability to lead, influence and motivate others.
Computer aptitude; experience using current Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Occasional travel to firmwide offices required.
