Sapon Immigration Law focuses primarily on employment-based and family-based immigration matters. The Associate Immigration Attorney position requires that the attorney perform consultations, case assessments, and recommend viable visa options and/or other reliefs and remedies available to prospective clients. This position will be required to perform tasks including preparation and completion of government forms and applications, review of supporting documentation and recommendation of additional documentation needed for case support and occasional attendance at USCIS interviews.  The Associate Attorney will also be required to prepare waiver applications, draft memoranda in support of waiver applications, draft affidavits, and prepare other written documents that require solid legal writing skills. Looking for a team player who understands the need to get along well with all members of the office staff in order to reach the collective goal of providing professional, competent and efficient legal service to all of our clients.

Must have a license to practice law in the US

Must have a minimum of two years of experience in immigration practice as paralegal or attorney

Strong writing skills required as well as strong people skills

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
