Overview: The General Counsel will develop legal strategy and oversee all legal matters at Alliance. The General Counsel is responsible for the legal activities of Alliance, its schools, and related entities. The General Counsel reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the Executive Cabinet and the Home Office Leadership Team.

Experience: At least 8 years of legal experience related to tax, labor, and/or employment law, litigation, or education law
