Immigration Staff Attorney, Miami (2-3 years) – Gunster, Florida’s Law Firm for Business, is seeking a staff attorney interested in working with the firm’s business immigration practice in Miami. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of six attorneys in a sophisticated, thriving practice at one of Florida’s largest law firms.
This position requires at least 2-3 years of full time experience practicing employment-based / corporate immigration law. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of a wide range of non-immigrant classifications including H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, J-1, O-1, and TN, and has a strong understanding of the PERM labor certification process and nuances of employment-based permanent resident cases. Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish, and an ability to multitask in a busy practice are required. Excellent academic background, licensed attorney and a member of any Bar in the United States are required. The position will start as soon as possible.
