Position: The Senior Counsel – Information and Cyber Security – will provide legal services and guidance to TransUnion’s Global Information Security Department and TransUnion’s Commercial Transactions team. The candidate will review and negotiate security related matters in TransUnion’s partner and customer contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Contracts for Services, and Partnership Agreements, and counsel TransUnion’s Global Information Security Department on operational matters, including third party risk management, insider threat, and incident response. In addition, the candidate will work with TransUnion’s Global Compliance Department in connection with security audits and compliance, and advise stakeholders regarding changes in the law, contracts, and/or other legal issues. This role is intended to grow over time and will have significant exposure to any and all security related matters at TransUnion.
Experience: This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and talented attorney to join TransUnion, Inc. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in-house and in a financial, insurance, or regulatory environment.
