Position Description: Reporting to the Executive Vice President – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the Chief Commercial Officer will sit on the Global Legal Officer Team and will be responsible for overseeing Marketing/Intellectual Property; Technology; Privacy and Information Governance; Commercial Transactions and Related Business Counsel; Safety, Security and Intelligence; and Environmental, Social, and Governance policies and practices. This position will lead and manage commercial teams consisting of a group of approximately 75 individuals.

Experience: The successful candidate will have at least fifteen (15) years of experience as a practicing lawyer gained in a law firm or in-house, as well as at least five (5) years of experience managing people. The right candidate will have deep expertise in Marketing, Intellectual Property and Commercial matters, as well as solid experience with environmental, social, and governance policies and practices. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated leadership and management skills, strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of effectively working in a company’s global environment.
