Position: The Associate General Counsel, Corporate Affairs will report to the General Counsel and will be responsible for a diverse range of corporate responsibilities including providing primary legal support for all contracts and commercial transactions and assisting with corporate financings, governance matters, and the interpretation of legislation. He/She will manage support staff and/or other lawyers and have regular interactions advising the C-Suite.
Experience: The successful candidate will be a generalist with 6-8+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department with specific experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, governance, finance, and interpreting regulations/legislation. Experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred.

Location: Moncks Corner, SC (flexible work environment - in the office 2-3 days/week).
