Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified associate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s Charlotte, NC office.
This position involves a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and real estate lending. In this practice, the attorney will be representing private developers, companies which have real estate needs ancillary to their primary business, and large landowners.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the areas of commercial real estate transactions (ideally representing lenders, as well as borrowers), real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning, leasing and mortgage lending; demonstrated understanding of real property law and commercial real estate finance, and the ability to handle significant responsibility.
Candidate must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in North Carolina.
