Position: Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Assistant General Counsel will be the CLO’s right-hand person and is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to the CLO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors. In such capacity, the AGC will handle global commercial and corporate transactions, corporate governance matters, strategic corporate initiatives, and M&A activity.
Experience: 6+ years’ experience in commercial and corporate transactions, corporate governance, and advising senior leadership, preferably gained at a large or mid-sized law firm.
