Overview: The corporate counsel will be responsible for supporting the corporate and commercial matters of Xperi’s intellectual property licensing business, which operates under the recently launched Adeia brand. Adeia has generated a revenue baseline of more than $350 million annually.

Experience: 4+ years of securities law experience at a law firm and/or in-house technology company, 33 Act and 34 Act experience and understanding of accounting statements and Regulations FD, S-K, S-X and G are required. Some transactional experience is a plus. Prior in-house experience at a public company and/or experience with M&A, executive compensation and benefits is a plus.
Location: Nationwide. This role is 100% remote.
Bar: Candidate must be in good standing in any state bar and qualified to practice law in California as registered in-house counsel.
