Overview: The Lead Counsel, Technology & Digital Contracts will act as a subject matter expert to provide legal support for contract review of complex technology and digital marketing agreements. She or he will provide business teams with legal guidance on areas related to technology including protection of company’s interests through service level agreements.

Location: This is a fully remote position.
Experience: The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in contract drafting, with specialization in technology and digital media agreements, to include top law firm training and management of other attorneys. J.D. and admission to CT Bar or Authorized In-House Counsel are required.
