Our Labor & Employment Group is seeking to hire an experienced associate to join our Long Island, NY office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in representing private sector employers as clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment-related litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, proceedings before federal and state equal employment and labor agencies, and advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. Experience with traditional labor law is also ideal. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. New York State Bar admission is required.
