Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for an Associate Recruiting Assistant to work with our Talent team in our downtown Indianapolis office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing support to the firm’s Associate Recruiting Managers and Associate Recruiting Specialists on daily tasks within the attorney and consulting professionals recruiting function. This position will collaborate closely with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients.
What you would do:
Coordinate interview schedules for entry-level associates, lateral attorneys, judicial clerks, patent agents/technical specialists and consulting professionals
Greet and interact with candidates
Track and follow up on the submission of interview evaluations
Prepare offer letter packets and other candidate materials
Assist with onboarding details for new hires
Assist with law school recruiting initiatives
Prepare and distributing schedules to interviewing lawyers
Collect interview evaluations
Compile materials for Hiring Committee meetings
Prepare candidate interview materials and interview logistics and communicating details with candidates
Assist with Summer Associate Program coordination
Work with managers and specialists on the team on various practice group recruiting needs related to recruiting attorneys and consulting professionals
Special projects and other duties as assigned

What is required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
A minimum of one year of work experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred
Experience working with attorney or professional staff recruitment preferred
Knowledge of attorney recruiting field and procedures a plus
