Quan Law Group PLLC seeks Associate Attorney in Houston, Texas with experience in all aspects of employment-based immigration.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in all aspects of U.S. employment-based immigration Attention to detail, ability to maintain accuracy with significant caseload a must Review case documents and immigration petitions for filing with the appropriate government agency Direct and review the work of legal assistants and other support staff Responsible for: nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, TN, O-1, R-1) and permanent residency processing (PERM labor certification, PERM exempt I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status) Maintain a high level of communication with clients Demonstrated experience providing consultations, guidance, and strategic analysis to U.S. based clients pertaining to employment-based immigration
Requirements are:
JD along with admission to any U.S. state bar Minimum 2 years of U.S. business immigration experience Excellent organization and verbal/written communication skills
