The OpportunityThe Director, Acquisitions, will originate, structure, and negotiate tax credit investments that are consistent with Berkadia Affordable Tax Credit Solutions' objectives and investor demand. This person will identify potential complex LIHTC issues and negotiate business terms with clients..
