Venable LLP’s Corporate Group seeks a midlevel to senior associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join the practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The qualified candidate is an experienced transactional lawyer with a minimum of four years of experience with buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions, particularly with private companies. Our matters and clients span a variety of industries including hospitality, technology, and defense contracting, and experience in these is areas is a plus. Preference for experience with securities, joint venture, as well as representing corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships in general business matters. The successful candidate has law firm experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and outs
