Venable LLP’s Estate Planning Group seeks a paralegal with at least three years of experience to join the practice in the Los Angeles office. This position will support our large and diverse group of estate planning attorneys who handle all facets of trust and estate planning and administration. Experience should be directly related to wealth planning with emphasis on trust and probate administration and drafting. Peer law firm experience is preferred.  The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the following: probate administration and documentation, trust administration and documentation, and preparation or supervision of accountings. Additionally experience is preferred with: 706 & 709 preparation, probate division case filing and management,
