Holland & Hart is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its team in the Salt Lake City office. Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of traditional labor and employment experience, be strong writers, and possess excellent research and analytical skills. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background, have compelling law school experience (e.g., law review, law journal, etc.) and/or have judicial clerkship experience. We are seeking candidates who have the ability to take depositions, handle administrative hearings, and serve as second chair in trials. A federal clerkship is highly desired but not required.
