Under the direction of the Vice-President of Community Health, the Director of Community Health leads efforts to further the community outreach mission at DFCI to meet the needs of historically marginalized and at-risk populations. The overarching goal of all initiatives is to demonstrate a reduction in health inequities and a measurable improvement in community health outcomes in our priority communities. In this highly visible position, the Director also oversees and is held accountable for all compliance related to DFCI???s community outreach efforts, and aligns community benefits mission with the Inclusion, Diversity and Equity strategy to facilitate DFCI???s role in addressing social determinants of health and cancer health equity.Located in Boston and the surrounding c
