The Chief Counsel position is in the Division of Examinations located in Washington, DC. This job announcement is open to US citizens. The Chief Counsel for the Division of Examinations is responsible for managing a program that renders legal, technical, and policy matter advice or interpretation related to the statutes, rules and regulations administered by the Commission.
