MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: Litigation
The New York office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of at least a mid-level litigation associate to join its growing national management-side Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice.Candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant litigation experience that includes FINRA arbitration and federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA and similar state laws). The candidate must have strong writing skills, the ability to work independently and experience communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Writing samples are required upon application.
