The New York office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of at least a mid-level litigation associate to join its growing national management-side Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice.Candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant litigation experience that includes FINRA arbitration and federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA and similar state laws).
