Pace University invites applications, nominations and conversations for the position of Vice President and General Counsel.

The Vice President and General Counsel is the chief legal officer of Pace and is a direct report and key member of the President's executive leadership team, contributing to the resolution of many of the most important issues that affect Pace. The Vice President and General Counsel provides direct advice and counsel to the Board of Trustees on legal issues, governance, and related topics. The successful candidate will manage the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel and provide day-to-day legal counsel on issues, policies, technology, contracts, transactions, claims, litigations, proceedings and risks that concern Pace, the Trustees, the President, Vice Presidents, other senior leaders, administrators, faculty and staff.
