Position Overview: Reporting to the General Counsel, the Senior Corporate Counsel (“Counsel”) will work closely with a broad range of internal clients and help drive successful outcomes across a variety of critical legal and business support areas that will directly impact the Company’s portfolio.
Experience: 3-5+ years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm and/or in-house. Transactional experience may include any of the following areas: M&A, real estate, corporate governance, and complex business transactions. Experience providing day-to-day general legal support across a wide range of legal issues is preferred. IP, labor and employment as well as any ’33 and 34 Act regulations and filings experience are a plus, but not required.
Compensation: Competitive base, bonus, and equity; commensurate with experience.
Location: Costa Mesa, CA. There is a strong preference for candidates who can work in the office on a hybrid basis.
Relocation: Considered, but local candidates are strongly preferred.
Bar: Active member of the CA Bar or ability to become Registered In-House Counsel (in good standing).
